The repair went very well. I was given a 2 hour window the same day I called and the repair persons arrived several minutes before the stated time. Within a few minutes they identified the problem with my dryer. They told me exactly how much it would cost to repair the dryer before starting the work. The actual repair was performed very quickly. The gentlemen were very professional and friendly. I would definitely use this company again.

Called about 8:30 am and they were able to come out at noon the same day. Called 30 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. Robert diagnosed the problem, quoted the cost to fix the problem, pull the part from his truck and fixed the washer all within 30 minutes.

The experience from beginning to end was professional and friendly. The repairmen arrived right on time. The problem was diagnosed within 5 minutes ... they showed the leaking pump to me while it was still on the machine and still pouring water... and it was replaced and they were gone within 30 minutes.
