I called the morning of the 17th and Robert was able to come by that afternoon. After talking earlier and responding to some of his questions, he had diagnosed the problem correctly, arrived within the time he had quoted, and with the necessary parts for repair. Robert was very friendly and all work was done professionally and without incident. This was the first time I had used Angie's list to find a service company and am happy to say I will definitely recommend Central Ohio Appliance Repair to others who need appliances serviced.

Fantastic service. Arrived on time and promptly diagnosed the problem. He had the part on his truck so he was able to fix that day. Extremely professional service from the time I made the appointment until the time the tech left. Price was reasonable based on my online search.

He came out the day I called and quickly diagnosed the problems. A part needed to be ordered for the ice dispenser and as soon as it came in he was out to install it. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Would definitely use again.

When we called, we made an appointment a few days out. We received a call to say they could come the next day if we were available. The person who came listened to my explanation, checked the machine and vents. Based on the inspection, it was explained what was wrong, an estimate was given and approved. The dryer was repaired quickly. We were very happy with the service and cost.

The gas dryer stopped heating and was making a noise. Called the West office Monday morning and they scheduled for Wednesday. They showed up on time and the guy knew exactly what was wrong. He said when the coils get weak and the dryer is several times they will stop heating. Replaced the coils and it' back to working like new.

They were responsive to my initial call, set up an appointment for a couple of days later, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away and finished the job quickly. Since they installed the drain kit, we have had no further leaking from the freezer into the fridge. I would definitely use them again.

I called about a washer repair and this company was honest and gave me a quote, but said that I might want to consider a new washer considering the repair amount.

Woke up this am to find our refrigerator not working. Called to schedule a service call at 930a this am and was told available from 11a-2p and that they could call me 30 minutes ahead of time so I could leave work to meet them. Got a call at 1145 am, drove home and problem already solved... its 1pm :) Would recommend to use!
