My washing machine stopped prior to the rinse cycle, and would not continue. Hence, I needed a service technician to ascertain, what was causing my six year old GE washer, to suddenly stop.

It went extremely well; Wally was the service technician who was dispatched by Mr. Scott, the owner. I found Wally to be very pleasant, and honest. Wally was able to get the washing machine to work. It is uncertain why the machine stopped, prior to the end of the rinsing cycle. Wally advised that if that problem occurs again, to unplug the machine, and leave the dial, at the position where it stopped, and to call the company again. Hence, if this occurs again, within the next thirty days, there will be no further charge. I was very impressed with Wally's honesty. Also, he came to my home, promptly on schedule.

I called asking for help/information about my broken Samsung washing machine.

The phone was answered immediately.? I explained the problems I was having and asked if it was worth fixing.? After a little discussion we determined it was probably not worth it to fix the machine.? He did however recommend a competitor who was more familiar with my Samsung machine.? He did not have to do this.? I then asked him what brand he would recommend if I were to replace it.? He spent a few minutes discussing options with me.? He did not have to do this.? I am sure he was very busy but yet he was helpful and courteous and I really appreciated his help.? I will definitely call them if I ever need help.? I highly recommend them.

Checked the washing machine thoroughly; took it apart to see what the problem was. The washer is only 3 years old and incorrectly built so he said he could charge us to rebuild it correctly or better yet it would be cheaper for us to go back to the manufacturer and see what they would do. We really appreciated his honesty.

I called Central Ohio Appliance Repair was able to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon. Robert was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me a price quote. He made the repair promptly, and was friendly and courteous. He even said goodbye to my cat by name when he left :) Based on my experience with Robert I will definitely use Central Ohio Appliance Repair in the future.

It went extremely well! I was very pleased with John, the technician, who figured out what was wrong, ordered the correct parts and came back to install them. He made sure that the freezer was working before he needed to come back, so I wasn't left with a broken freezer for the 2-3 days it took to get the parts. I am very pleased and would use him again.
