I called Central Ohio Appliance Repair was able to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon.  Robert was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me a price quote.  He made the repair promptly, and was friendly and courteous.  He even said goodbye to my cat by name when he left :)  Based on my experience with Robert I will definitely use Central Ohio Appliance Repair in the future.

Spoke with the service provider and discussed the issue with our dishwasher.  After several minutes, the problem was diagnosed on the telephone and appears to be correct.  He could have charged for service call, but instead took the time to discuss the issue on the telephone. I appreciate the time that was taken to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher.

Whirlpool Dryer

We suspected that the drive belt on our Whirlpool dryer had broken. We called Central Ohio Appliance Repair on Tue 12/29/15. They were very courteous on the phone. We were scheduled for Wed 12/30/2015 between 9 AM and Noon with a call before their arrival. John our Technician called at 10:30 and said he was 30 minutes away. He arrived 20 minutes later. John was very courteous and professional. John, after giving me his card, quickly diagnosed the issue. We broke the drum belt and the belt idler arm on our dryer. He quoted us a price that I thought was very fair. I agreed to the repair and John went out to his vehicle to ensure that the parts were on the truck. Thirty minutes later the part were installed, the dryer tested and I was back in service. 
I could not be more pleased with Central Ohio Appliance Repair and their Technician John. Their service was prompt, professional and cheerful. I highly recommend them and we will use them again.

Provider was unable to schedule due to their current situation, but they referred us to someone who was able to help us out.  I think this is the sign of a professional company, willing to help even if they can't do it directly.  Would definitely call them again

I used Central Ohio Appliance Repair last Tuesday and Wednesday for installing a new refrigerator part in my refrigerator freezer.

They were wonderful. The refrigerator part of the refrigerator freezer had stopped cooling and they had to install a new unit but the freezer part of it was fine. They had to wait to get the part and then the guy who came out came back the next day and put it in. They were very professional. I have never had such quick service really. I had called the number and the gentleman that answered the phone had first said, "I do not know, we may not be able to get to you until tomorrow. But let me double check and call you right back." And he called back within five minutes and said, "We have a gentleman in the area and he will be there within 30 minutes." Roger, the technician that came out, was here within 30 minutes and he diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part, came back the next day when he said that he would be back, installed it and everything was fine. When he told me the price of the part that was where the bulk of the price came in because the part itself was over $200.
